Terms & conditions

This is a draft, prepared as a starting point for RH Studios and not yet legally reviewed.

1. Definitions and applicability

"RH Studios" refers to JustSas, trading as RH Studios, located at Hoogeinde 9A, 5142 GA Waalwijk, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 93943261). "Customer" refers to the individual or company making a booking, package purchase, or DJ lesson request via rhstudios.be. These terms apply to every booking, package purchase, and DJ lesson request made through the website.

2. Booking and payment

A booking, package, or DJ lesson is only confirmed once payment has been completed. Any transaction fee is shown separately at checkout. Invoices are emailed and can also be viewed in My Account.

3. Cancelling and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected] or, for studio bookings, via My Account. Rescheduling is usually free of charge, provided you contact us in time and an alternative slot is available. RH Studios cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations shortly before the scheduled time, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Right of withdrawal

A booking, package, or DJ lesson is a leisure service tied to a fixed date or period. Under Dutch law (article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of service.

5. Liability

RH Studios is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings during a visit. Damage caused by the customer to the studio or equipment will be charged. See also the House rules.

6. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as illness, technical failure, or government measures), RH Studios will work with the customer to find a suitable solution, such as rescheduling the appointment.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a few working days.

8. Changes

RH Studios reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
