What data we process
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Billing address (when creating an account)
- Booking, package, and lesson details
- IP address and technical data about your visit to the website
- Photos/video if you take part in a live show (see the House rules)
We do not store payment details (such as card or account numbers) ourselves — payments are processed by our payment providers Mollie and Stripe.
Why we process this data
- To process and invoice your booking, package, or lesson
- To contact you about your appointment
- To create an account for you, if you choose to, so you can view your bookings and invoices
- To comply with legal obligations, such as our tax record-keeping duty
Retention periods
We keep invoice data for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Other account data is kept for as long as your account is active; you can request deletion at any time.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with parties necessary for our services, such as our payment providers (Mollie, Stripe), hosting provider, and email/WhatsApp delivery service. These parties may not use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies to work properly. Where analytics (such as Cloudflare Analytics or Meta Pixel) is active, it is only used to measure website usage anonymously, not to track you individually across other websites.
